Church can be an intimidating place to visit — especially if you don’t know what to expect.
Here are the answers to some questions you may have.
Where are you located?
We are located at 700 S. Missouri Avenue. Click HERE for Google Maps.
What time are services?
On Sunday mornings, our adult Bible studies & children's Sunday School starts at 9:45, & our worship service starts at 10:45.
What do I do when I arrive?
When you walk through the front doors, someone will be there to greet you. They will also assist you in locating your class (for Bible Study or Sunday School) & provide any other information you need.
What should I wear?
Come as you are. We want you to be relaxed, & encourage you to wear whatever is most comfortable for you.
Should I bring my Bible?
We encourage you to bring your Bible, & to bring it in whatever format is most comfortable for you. Many read the Bible from their smartphone or tablet.
What is the worship like?
In all things we do we seek to honor God. (1 Corinthians 10:31) This is particularly something we earnestly attempt to accomplish through our worship. We worship through a blend of music. Our focus isn't on a certain worship style, but on worship.
Is there something for my kids?
Yes! For newborns through 3 years, we have nursery available, with an electronic paging system for your comfort & security. For children 4 years old through 3rd grade, we have Children's Church during the worship service. In Children's Church, the kids have a great time singing & hearing the truth of God's Word taught on their level. For older kids, kids sermon notes are available on the front pew. These notes provide games & other things to help them follow along & engage in the pastor's sermon. If this will be your first time visiting us, you can pre-register your children online HERE.
